• Once an order is approved and in production, changes may not be possible.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other agreed-upon payment methods.

• Final payment is due before order pickup/shipping unless otherwise arranged.

• Sales tax will be applied where applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Local pickup is available. Call us to arrange time and location.

• Shipping is available upon request. Delivery times may vary.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

• If there’s a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to make it right.

6. Artwork & Designs

• You must have the rights to use any logos, artwork, or content submitted.

• We may keep digital files for future reorders unless requested otherwise.

• We reserve the right to decline any designs we find inappropriate or offensive.
