Thread It & Print, LLC provides custom embroidery, screen printing, heat transfers, laser engraving, UV printing, and promotional products

2. Orders

All orders must be approved before production begins.
A deposit may be required for custom or bulk orders.
Turnaround time depends on order volume and product availability. We’ll provide an estimated completion date when your order is confirmed.
Once an order is approved and in production, changes may not be possible.

3. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and other agreed-upon payment methods.
Final payment is due before order pickup/shipping unless otherwise arranged.
Sales tax will be applied where applicable.
An applicable service fee of 3.4% may apply to certain payment methods. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Local pickup is available. Call us to arrange time and location.
Shipping is available upon request. Delivery times may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Custom-decorated products are final sale, except in cases of defects or errors on our part. Please refer to our Return & Cancellation Policy for additional details.
If there’s a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to make it right.

6. Artwork & Designs

You must have the rights to use any logos, artwork, or content submitted.
We may keep digital files for future reorders unless requested otherwise.
We reserve the right to decline any designs we find inappropriate or offensive.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use customer information to process orders, communicate with customers, provide our services, and improve our website.
