What Is DTF Printing?

DTF (Direct to Film) is a versatile heat transfer method that allows detailed, full-color designs to be applied to many different types of garments. Designs are printed in full color onto a special film, coated with a powder adhesive, and then heat-pressed onto the garment. The result is a soft, vibrant, durable print that adheres to a wide variety of fabrics — including cotton, polyester, blends, and more. Unlike older vinyl transfers, DTF prints can include fine detail, gradients, and even photographic images with no visible edge lines.

How Durable Are Heat Transfers?

Our heat-applied transfers are designed for lasting wear. With proper care, DTF transfers can maintain their color and appearance through repeated washing. For best results, wash garments inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low.
