• Embroidery: typically 5–10 business days

• Heat transfers (DTF): typically 5–10 business days

• Laser engraving: typically 5–10 business days

• UV printing: typically 5–10 business days

• Promotional products: timelines vary — we'll let you know the expected timeframe upfront

Minimums depend on the type of job:

What file format do you need for my logo or design?

We recommend high-resolution vector files (like .AI, .EPS, or .SVG) for the best results, and a digitized version (like DST or EMB) for embroidery. If you only have a .JPG or .PNG, send it our way — we'll let you know if it'll work or if we need a better version.

Do you offer proofs before printing my full order?

Yes! We'll send you a digital proof or mockup to approve before production begins, so there are no surprises.

What's the difference between embroidery, screen printing, and DTF?

• Embroidery uses thread stitched directly into fabric — great for a classic, durable look on polos, hats, and jackets.

• Screen printing uses ink pressed through a stencil — ideal for bold designs and bulk orders like t-shirts and hoodies.

• DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints full-color designs onto a film that's then heat-pressed onto fabric — perfect for detailed, vibrant, multi-color designs.
